ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PARABEN, SULFATE AND PHTHALATE FREE?

Yes, all of our products are compliant with EU regulations and are free from parabens, sulfates and
phthalates.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

All of our products are made right here in the USA! Manchester, New Hampshire to be exact.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS RECYCLABLE?

Yes, all our bottles are made from recycled plastic and are able to be recycled.

ARE YOUR SHAMPOOS + CONDITIONERS COLOR SAFE?

Yes! All of our shampoos and conditioners are PH balanced (acidic) to gently cleanse and condition
without disrupting hair color molecules.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR EVERYONE?

  • Our products are safe for all clients including nut and gluten sensitivities
  • Our products do use Hydrolyzed Soy Protein. Patch test clients with sensitivities
  • Our products are safe for children

HOW DO I OPEN A NEW RETAIL SIZED BOTTLE?

Our push top caps can be hard to open for some. Firmly press the push cap down to unlock the
bottle cap. Cap will smoothly open and close after initial opening.

ARE THE SHAMPOOS AND CONDITIONERS SUPPOSED TO BE LIQUIDY?

  • Yes. Our products are intentionally lightweight to allow the low-molecular weight technology to
    fully cover and absorb into your clients’ hair and scalp.
  • To avoid product waste, pump backbar products directly onto client hair/scalp

HOW LONG SHOULD I HAIR-BATHE MY CLIENTS WITH SHAMPOO?

Let the shampoo suds sit on the hair and scalp for up to 5 minutes before rinsing to allow full nutrient absorption

ARE YOU STYLING PRODUCTS HEAT RESISTANT?

All styling products are heat resistant up to 450 degrees fahrenheit except Sheen Spray and Hair Serum. DO NOT APPLY HEAT DIRECTLY TO SHEEN SPRAY or HAIR SERUM

HOW MUCH STYLING PRODUCT SHOULD I APPLY?

Our products can be heavily applied to all curl and texture levels. Rule of thumb is to use a palm sized amount of product per for each section of hair.

CAN I MIX THE STYLING PRODUCTS TOGETHER BEFORE APPLYING TO THE HAIR?

No. Our products are best applied one after the other on towel dried hair

DOES TEXTURE GEL OR HIGH HOLD GLAZE LEAVE A CASTE ON THE HAIR?

No. All of our products are lightweight with no fillers, thickeners, or emulsifiers
